Our Commitment
Alesha AI (Online Commercial Systems LLC) is committed to making our service accessible to users of all abilities, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Current Status
We are continuously working to improve accessibility. As of May 2026, the dashboard and marketing pages aim to support: keyboard navigation, screen-reader-compatible markup, sufficient color contrast (WCAG AA), and resizable text without loss of functionality.
Known Limitations
The real-time analytics dashboard relies on chart visualizations that may be difficult for screen-reader users. We are working to provide tabular fallbacks. Live-chat polling features rely on rapid visual updates that may be challenging for users with photosensitivity — adjust your dashboard settings to slow updates if needed.
